Service Description:
|
Family shelter diversion and rapid re-housing that offers medium to high intensity program that assists families with dependents under the age of 24 who are in need of emergency shelter stay due to experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness within seven (7) days
Programs and services include:- individualized and intensive housing support
- free use of resource area - computers, internet access and phones
- housing information and resources
- referrals to shelter, followed by rapid re-housing support
