Service Description:

Child and youth mental health services offered to families with babies, children and youth * services offered with partnering agency Carizon at multiple locations North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich
Additional services can be accessed through Front Door Services:- walk-in counselling (youth and families)
- zero2six: in-home support for families and children ages 0-6
- partners: in-home support for families and children ages 7-18
- community mental health team
- intensive support and resource co-ordination program
Mobile crisis services are available through Front Door Services * services are offered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm * provides supports and services for youth and their families in crisis * crisis workers respond with two business days
