Program is supported 24 hours a day, but clients are in day programs in the afternoons Monday to Friday. Staff is not at the house between 2300-1500.

Service Description: Housing program for individuals who are developmentally delayed or dually diagnosed. Clients must be homeless or at risk of being homeless. Clients participate in a day program during the day and are at the group home in the evening.


Application: All referrals are to be directed to an intake worker at the Community Network of Specialized Care - Toronto Region.
