Provides access to physicians, nurse practitioners, addictions counsellors and peer support workers to people who need help with substance dependency
Service include:- assessment of substance-use concerns
- review of treatment options
- education and medical support
- individual counselling and peer support
- overdose prevention

People with drug or alcohol dependencies
