Service Description: Alternative to prosecution for adults 18 year and older who have been charged with a minor federal criminal offence * participants complete appropriate sanctions, such as letter of apology, completion of relevant program, or volunteer work

Fees: Fee for service program based on a sliding scale
Application: Call or email * pre-charge, police may refer * post-charge, Crown Attorney must approve all referrals
